This is probably going to be a very big client for me so I need some scrutinizing eyes to pick it apart. I know it is not a complete site but this is now in production and it has a couple of forms and they (the client) are really big on this splash page. Which will actually be the site once I am done with the flash portion. Let me know what ya think. Especially on the texture which I lightened again.

the texture looks a LOT better now, but i'd move the coming soon text out of the direct center, maybe down at the bottom, or bottom right, right now you can't see the logo, and also, as they told us in photography, it makes an image more interesting if everything isn't centered directly

the bottom looked weird. How does it look off to the side?

I'm not feeling the orange on the sides. Seems liek a big contrast. The text looks good to the side. Not sure if you want your focus to pull that way but it looks ok.
