Looks good tho am not a fan of dark website. Just work on a logo, add contents and tell more about what you offer. Work also on the navigation because buttons are very close to each other. Also kindly replace the items with (Home, about,services, portfolio and contact) for the nav. Remove your email address below as well.

Spacing is odd on a 1024x768 resolution

Play with the colors and shoot for a greater contrast between your text and background.

I'd also change the times new roman font, or try to organize it differently
