I really like it! and the colours (or lack of ;)) are good too. One thing: perhaps make the text suit the scene a little more - at the moment it almost stands out too much - try reducing the opacity of the text just a little bit, so it's almost the same kind of shade as the shadow

I just updated the image.
I got it down to 75%

The text needs to be more script if it is to fit the top and bottom. Did you make the top and bottom brush? If not i would contact the brush maker to see if u can use it in your logo.
Also you must remember that a logo needs to scale well in size. This one will blur when smaller and look bad when bigger. I would take this into cosideration and maybe re think your logo idea. A less detaild top and bottom might help.

I think so... though... there's still something about it that's not quite right... perhaps put the opacity back up a bit and blur the text slightly.. it's a bit to crisp compared to the rest of the picture.. of course.. that wont be good for you if you make it into your logo since that'll make the effects of scaling and resizing even worse :(

I blur it more. "its not uploaded". but The text is a Text. how to change the Text to a Brush and how to find the brush and use it ?

Really nice! It's good to see a departure from the usual straight line clean modern look.
I would make the blur just a little less visible though.
