Does anyone know any programs or any fast efficient way of creating thumbnails instead of resizing each image alone?? I have lotsa images and don't want to do em 1 by 1 :-\ thanks!

Fireworks MX has a batch resize. I'm not at home where I look at the program to tell you how to do it. Get Rev's attention, he's the one that taught me.

Photoshop also has batch processing on images (File > Automate > Batch... ) where it runs through recorded actions. Just set up a new action recording a resize of a single image to thumbnail size and then set a batch to run that action on a bunch of images.... or, if you're too lazy to do that, just use the web photo gallery option (File > Automate > Web Photo Gallery...) and that will automatically create thumbnails for you - as well as resize the 'large' images if you need to.
