Please give me a simple example of tell target(level0), I don't understand level0, level1,...

As far as I'm aware, _level0 refers to the main timeline, in a similar fashion to _root. When you start importing external .swf's etc onto new levels, you use _level1, _level2 etc to refer to those particular movie timelines.

So something like

_level1.example.gotoAndPlay(50);

sends a gotoAndPlay action to the movie clip "example" on the timeline of the movie loaded on level 1.
