I was playing with PS tonight while my brain was spinning about what to do for the Photo Editing Battle. :crazy:

So, between my searches for images and ideas here is what transpired....Comments are welcome...:)

I can see an obvious use of polar coordinates :P But I like it :)

Those lines being sucked into the middle bottom of the image. Not that I don't like it, I just recognized it =)

I don't like the text or the swirl in the middle. It would be better if the lines where beeing pulled into that center swirl like a black hole effect.

It was done with brushes and layer styles :edit: AND Polar Coordinates ;) :/edit: in PS...all original no pics were used....'cept for the "waves" I made that in Fireworks by:
1. using the pen tool make a curved line
2. Convert to Symbol
3. add an "offset" instance
4. Shift+select both instances
5. Modify>Symbol>Tween Instances
6. Convert to Symbol
7. Ctrl+Shift+D...(clone)
8. Flip Horiz
