That gun took some doing, let me tell you... :)

I haven't seen the anime (yet) but every picture of this guy I found he has the long leg look going on, so that's how he got drawn. :)

no, it's just that anime drawing tends to be.. some what.. uneven. depends on the shot, what he's doing in the scene - I think it's just more obvious in some places than others :P
