It's been a while...

Hey all, I've been missing around here for some time - well I'm back and should be joining back into the fun.... this place grew so much in the short time I was gone - good work everyone!

If you care to know: recently I moved to a new abode in SB (Santa Barbara for everyone other than REV ;)) which tied up much of the recent months as well as tons more work. Also I'll be finishing up my degree this coming shchool year (this is my fifth year which offically makes me a "SUPER-SENIOR" =))....

Anyway good to be back, and hello to all the new members I don't yet know...

REV: nope ( i don't want to live on Del Playa St. any hoo - too loud and crazy - I need some sort of rest from all of it!)... but there is only one house between me and the sand - living in Isla Vista does have some perks! How else could a college student live in such a location?! ;)

She's living in an off-campus apt. It sucks... I really thought she should dorm her first year but financial aid was not that generous. I'm not sure where it is exactly... I'll be seeing it for the first time this Wednesday.

Good deal... I live right next door to Espresso Roma (popular coffee place on Pardall), check it out... unfortunitly I won't be around (still in Chicago).

I agree though, it would be great if she could have lived in the dorms... such a great experience, although you couldn't pay me to do it again! ;) I lived in Santa Cruz if you are on campus at all.

The campus is awesome, I dunno if you've seen it at all - very beautiful.. also HUGE.... have a good visit, I'm sure your sis will have a great time at UCSB
