Cross Frame Menu in flash

Hey,
I need to know if u can make a menu on flash which resides on the top frame and then can cross over to the adjoining frame. Is there any way to ahieve this? Let me show u how I need it
I am attaching a file which will help u understand wat I mean.

No way Jose!
Why don't you put it in the main frame and 'make it look like' it is in the top frame.

Why use frames at all? when u can use div/layer/iframe

But we have to use the frames, coz its part of a project. Its called M2F. Multimedia framework well, ne ways thanx for ur help :)
