Ive read the article on site submission to search engines but... I dont get it? How do I do it?

there is tutorial for it... on kirupa... go to the tutorial sections.

my site is completely in flash and i get sucky ratings because the engines can't read the contents nor see the links. that's one of the reasons i'm working on an HTML version.

Have you included meta tags for description and keywords? If not, I recommend you do it :)

LOL.... do what JMS said and just add META tags, thats what search engines use to locate your site anyway, so if you don't have them you will get poor respones from, google, lycos etc.(-:
