i completly hate them, they park infront of my house all the time. They have a huge driveway. So, to piss them off like they have been doing to my brother and i, i parked in front of his house, in his spot. Right when i did that, i saw his wife look out side and pointing at me.

Depending on where you live (if you live in harlem NYC i wouldn't do this) just go over to his house and ask him not to park in front of your driveway. I'm sure he'll stop. And if he doesn't, do like one of my old teachers did. Push his car outta the way with your car.

rev, where am i goin to park. And where is my brother going to park. The way our landscaping is set, is so we cant see beyon a certian point. with my car being so new, and great, i dont want it to get stolen like my moms car.

The guy boxed me in one time and i couldnt get out either. They are rich stuck up a**holes.

i just dont see why they have to always park directly in front of my house when they own such a big house and more land then anyone on my street...

getting into a pissing match with your neighbor is never going to end well... for either party.

also, if you piss him off, then you may end up with a less than pretty reminder of that fact one morning on your car...

rev, when they were building the house. they asked us if they could have a bigger drive way. so we signed an agreement letter so they could bring it to city hall. They have been there for almost 2 years. and never once parked in it...

Hey, I totally understand that problem Alex. I'm one of the few houses in my area with a garage as part of my house, and for some reason people always need to park halfway in my driveway and my dad can never get his car out. There's a HUGE 'X' in the street, and a light that's always on over the sign that reads "NO PARKING ANYTIME."

I couldn't tell you the amount of times that my family has gotten into a fight with people because they just don't care. I don't even get mad anymore. I kinda just accept it. I tell people once not to park there, and if they make a habit of it, that's when I get even. I.E. Calling the cops, breaking stuff, etc.

civil disobedience. Call the news companies and tell them you will light yourself on fire like a monk if the guy doesn't move. Then they'll come over there. Then just dress like a monk and sit in front of the guys car and your brother can sit behind the car. Then you will have national news coverage, and can get a law passed that no one can park in front of alex's driveway.

or, buy some nice rubber tyres, aka not filled with air and put like strips of spikes in front of your drive, then if he parks on them he gets flat tyres, and i you park on them, you dont....or be British about it an have a ncie cup o' cha and discuss nicely.........all the while your bro is letting down his tyres....

Want to be a REAL dork about things?! Call up the township/city/whatever and have them place no parking polls on your pavement in front of your driveway. That way no one is allowed to park there, and if they do, you can have them towed away.

Cops told me to do that before.

And you're wrong telekinesis (only partially right) ... if you have the street properly painted with the 'X' in a box in front of driveway they're not allowed to park there. Trust me, I've called the cops plenty of times for this reason. Each time the person got a ticket for being illegally parked.

in SF, all you gotta do is tow the idiot. Make 1 phone call, and in 20 minutes, the car is gone. Anyone can call, doesn't have to be the homeowner (so even the homeowner can't park there all the time, and block the sidewalk).

so people learn very quickly, not to park in someone's driveway, or blocking one in any way whatsoever ($140 minimum tow charge, + $54 parking ticket, + $40/day storage, beginning @ 4:00 pm the day of towage)...

not that I have ever had that happen to me...

I hate it when I see a car parked on the road everyday and I see a drive way that no one is using and then everyone dose it then its like a zig zag to try to drive through it.
