ARGH! Fullscreen without telling anyone or giving us an option!
*runs for his life*
Sorry m8, but fullscreen really is the best way to get people to close your site :)

its nice but can you do it alittle more done before you post it, its kinda hard to judge it when it contains so little and there is only one button that works. Could you make some nice effects to the buttons in flash? bytheway: i like the design.

im working on making it flash but i think i should finish the non-flashsite first so that people with out flash can view it too,
any suggestions for button effects?

aaahhh.. so much better now :thumb:
anyway, on to the other aspects. even if you don't make it in Flash, you can still add some simple rollover effects for the buttons, that would be cool.
Also, I'd remove the 'Close this window' button - you don't want to encourage them to close it - just let users close it normally.
What do the pictures on the buttons refer to? Obviously the first one is a paintbrush (though, perhaps an easel would be more obvious - it's kinda hard to work out what that brush is at first) I know the buttons don't work at the moment.. but from this point.. I'm not sure I kno where I'd get to if I clicked that radiation sign button. What's the picture between the brush and the radiation sign? Text labels, or at least those ALT tags for the buttons might be useful
Oh, if I click on the artwork section, then click on the Home button again, it says the page cannot be found - check the link is right :)
I was gonna say the artwork section was a little cramped up in that small box.. but on second glance, I think you just about get away with it :)
The page layout is pretty simple I guess, but it works. That kinda thing is fairly personal - especially for personal sites!
Anyway m8, good work! I say you should finish the static site before moving onto Flash. You'll only get confused otherwise - and then, at least, you'll have a theme to work with (one that runs all the way through your site). Keep at it! :thumb:

the skating pics are working now - they're pretty cool - it'd be good if they were a little bigger once you actually click on them! which brings me onto the other issue: when you click on the photos or pieces, at the bottom of the pop-up there's a 'Close this window' button and a 'Close this window' link directly underneath it :)

I t would look much better if you didn't have a popup and centered it with tables.
