Inconsiderate dangerous drivers. :a: Can we develop a laser pointer that pops tires and sends these fiends to the ditch?

Kinda like being deputized and making citizen arrests ... well, sorta. :bandit:

yeah, and make even larger car accidents. Imaging blowing tires (or tyres for you brits) at 80 mph....

Anyway why are you posting this ? Had a near-death xperience ?

Make even larger car accidents??? No, that's not the design. The design is to deter bandits from acting as such. Some form of good citizen intervention would be nice. Hence, the laser pointer idea. Unrealistic ... well yeah ... but I can dream.

Near-death experience? Well no ... but that's only because I'm an expert driver. :beam: Why did I post it? Perhaps only to vent a little frustration. :p:

i hear you, i dont even drive and they piss me off...its the people who do incredibly stupid things, like not looking, not stoping, stuff like htat.

um, yeah...i almost made a laser like that. if the parts weren't so expensive and hard to find, i would've gone with it.

use fil's death ray. So there's a little bit of colateral (sp) dmg. It's worth it just to take out that one bad driver.

I have a co2 laser lying around the lab. I can give it a try later. I know a couple of TA's at a school near here that used to light their cigarettes with the carbon dioxide laser.

I love those guys who switch lanes the whole way down the freeway. If you stay in the same lane, occasionally passing slower traffic, it's not that bad! Then you end up passing them when you reach the tolls anyway...
