Virus Help...

hey guys, i just ran a scan and well i have a trogen/backdoor in my win32.exe file!!!i really dont know what to do. i need this gone but cant move so i am lost. please help so i can fix it!

cello. i will look for a blaster checker, sen gave one to me, but i donno if i ever patched :(

i was running the symantec blaster remover/checker and all of a sudden my comp just shuts off...restarts. really weird. what does blaster do so i can see if i had any of the 'sympotmes'.

that win32.exe is most likely the virus, my friend :)

delete it now, restart your computer, then see if it comes back. If so, look for hidden folders on your C: drive. Open up task manager and look for any suspicious programs running. If you find one, search for that file not only on your harddrive, but also in your registry. Remove everything that's associated with it.

so...what do i do with it? can it be fixed...kinda cofused on what to do here.

edit: tried running the blaster fix again, still nothing...help guys! i cant reformat cuase i dont have a back up...ughhh

doh! its not win32.exe its the explorer32.exe. can i get this anywhere else?
