hit test!

can someone please look at this. the character is supposed to rest on top of the platform but for some reason he sinks down a bit. when you see the file you will understand, i copied the hit test code into the chracter as it made an improvment from before when i just jumped and the character came back down he went through the platform. Anyway can someone please find a solution for me please.
