Is it easy to get Visual Studio .NET off the internet for free? Where should I get it from?

you can't get it for free.. if you're looking to use VB.NET/C# with ASP.NET though you can get aspmatrix from www.asp.net, which is a free authoring tool from M$..

You can download Visual Studio .NET CD.iso's from P2P networks...
