Ok, I'm just using the standard FLVPlayback Component on this page

But for most people using the page (not all) the video either won't play or stops after a few seconds. I think this might be a buffering issue but I don't really know how to fix it.
I created this page

and it's trying to play the same video, but running into the same problems.
It is kinda urgent, clients been on the phone already.
Anyone any ideas?
