[recruiting for a Project, payment is unusual]

I recently got a job offer and after looking over what the client wanted, I told him I would get back to him in a few days if it was possible for me to put together the team necessary to complete the project.

And so i find myself here on kirupa.com, seeking talented flash/actionscript people.

The project is a flash site(popup window) so it would be completely in flash. The client requested that the work be what 2A does, so.. essentially we're biting off 2A's style.

The team will look like this;

Designer/Coordinator - Myself
Backend Development - Taken
Flash/Actionscript - Taken
Audio(sound loops etc) - Available
3d Modeling and Animation - Available


The payment is an 80 gig server and unmetered bandwidth for each of the team members for a year.

Server Specs;
P4 2.0 Ghz
4gb Ram,
80Gb HDD
Dedicated OC-12 Line, Backbone OC-3's & T1,2,3's

Essentially as a reseller, each 80 gig server could make at least 1000-2400$ a month if it was used completely, and at minimum at least a couple hundred(if sold to another hosting company etc)

I just checked rackspace, and they charge 400 a month for 60 gigs on a celeron server.

I can handle all the audio that's for sure! I'm a producer who knows the ins and outs of audio. I can compose custom music, mix, master (good enough for the web), maximize loudness, trim, edit, add effects, create sounds and sound effects, etc. Basically, anything audio, I can handle. To tell you the truth, I've been considering a reseller account for some time now....and I'm a big fan of the barter and trade system. You can count me in! If you want samples or examples of my work let me know. (I'm working on an album in case that gives me any credibility)
Anyways, if you need an audio guy...here I am :)
