How to fix up a image from 3d max??

Hi i just made a new pic and was wondering how do i fix it up on photoshop?? i used 3d max 5 to make the pic.
One more thing how do u animate a template like this guy did, by using white lines going across.

Export it as a jpg from 3ds max then open the jpg in photoshop then have fun. That effect is what is called a layer mask.
