I need a mail form incorperated. The form needs following fields in this order set up nicely
Sender name *required field
Sender Email *required field
Sender Phone number *optional field
A drop down with following departments
- General Inquiries info@karafuuzanzibar.com (info@karafuuzanzibar.com)
- Bookings & Reservations booking@karafuuzanzibar.com (booking@karafuuzanzibar.com)
- Dive Center diving@karafuuzanzibar.com (diving@karafuuzanzibar.com)
Message field
All three department emails need a seperate "receipt" page with the text "Thank you for contacting Karafuu Hotel & Beach Resort. Your message is sent and we will get back to you shortly."
