The orange font with a blue background almost killed me urghh ;(
Some pages got that blue bg, others a light blue, and others a totally different one. And also the font; sometimes you use times new roman, others verdana (or similar). I hate times new roman, it looks so ugly and blurry. Id stick with verdana.

colors are...well plain rgb looks like this is ur first site ever. left menu is hard to see because of the back picture, make one pure color, or a nicer tile....not as busy, if u are making a link on that blue banner, make the url under it, because link which is blue doesnt go with blue...not visible :) visitor 190 should go on the bottom of the page, I dont get ur logo doesnt really tells me the message, of selling something...that strong green on header doesnt go good with blue try darker blue... welcome to...doesnt belong there, ur logo should be first..u are repeating 2 times welcome to....I like the tribe packaging...
