Does anyone know how to batch convert jpegs to non-progressive?
Or how to set Photoshop to always save jpegs as non-progessive.
I've got over a one thousand that I now want to load dynamically...
Cheers

I've had the same problem before, what you need to do (a trick that worked for me) is, before batching everything, save any image as a non-prog jpeg...
now create an action with only a save as step - in your batch options turn the 'save files only with save file steps in the action'
that should bring an alert box we're you'll clicked ok...
everything should work that way...
cheers!
***edit: i noticed you had PS6 and i have PS7, dunno if it does anything...

The wonders of photoshop - you find them after you did the hard work - it always works like that...

Don't get me started.. I've just read the post "Cutting out hair"
I've already cut out 900 of 1000 photos with the eraser/magnetic lasso tool....

Don't foget the background eraser tool. That can be much faster and easier (and even give better results) depending on what you're using it on.
