choppyness In my Website w Firefox, But not IE. PLEASE HELP !

this should be a simple solution, but i've searched and theres a whole slough of stuff that comes up. i could be digging for hours ! maybe one of you gurus can help me right quick ! would be super appreciated !

and theres a little choppyness for me in firefox, but it's fine in IE.

what seems to be the problem !

and please dont tell me to learn how to use DIV tags.. cause i certainly don't have time to go down that route.. Thanks freinds !

Well I'm not going to tell you to use divs (you should), but delete all those spacer images, it's like a 3 year old cut that image up. :lol:
