Usually it's ok... but Right Round (featuring Ke$ha) - Flo Rida is (and has been for some time) the top song; Yet when you look at the rating's they're all like 1 star..

Pretty much says it all. The song is even worse than Dead or Alive's original.

Don't you agree?

Gave up on itunes a long time ago - what a rip off! CDs are so cheap and you get to actually own what you buy - and the quality is better.

Not sure what you're trying to say nathan, but I agree in that the iTunes store sucks. I seriously hate it. I haven't gone to it for a long time, so maybe it has improved since my experience, but a long time ago I had a 10 dollar credit, so I bought a full muse album, which is actually a good price, as opposed to 13 or 14 in a store.

I'm not a fan of the concept either, as I'm the kind of person that can't stand having one song by an artist. If they have a single, so what? Buy the freaking album. It just gives me the chills...but anyway, you can only put the music you bought, regardless of whether you burned in onto a cd, on a max of 5 computers! That's bogus! I'm at 4 now, and that's becaus I bought the album about 6 years ago. AND everytime you play the song for the first time on the new computer, or after you transfer the files you have to input your apple ID and password. YOU EXPECT ME TO REMEMBER THAT?? FROM 6 YEARS AGO??

Just annoying. Buy CDs. Amazon marketplace is way cheaper anyway.

+1 on the Amazon Marketplace!

Given how few people listen to the music I listen to, I can get used CDs for less than the shipping and handling. The best part about CDs is that I can rip them at whatever quality I want with the bonus of not having any digital restrictions placed on it.

I like iTunes because 1) the only place I listen to my music is on my iPod, 2) it's a lot faster and often cheaper than buying it in store/amazon/etc and 3) they have a huge selection.

The major thing I don't like about iTunes is when I can't find a song - it discombobulates my whole system.

The problem I have is that the few people who listen to the music I like, buy the CDs and NEVER LET THEM OUT OF THEIR HANDS. So I can't find the stuff used around here. And, I don't have a credit card to go buying online from Amazon or iTunes store.

You can't find a song in iTunes? Even with the search feature? I'm confused...

You have to understand. The search feature in iTunes works differently the closer you get to magnetic north. That's why it discombobulates theCanadian's system.

You don't have a credit/debit card, and you're on dialup? You need a hug.

I love my iTunes store, it's my number source of music right now.

But I used to collect cd's (albums of my favorite artists) and I am planning on saving up again for that.

iTunes or not, I love Music. :mu:
