Well i work out everday!
dunno how much 70lb is but....
i start by running 15 min.
before running remember to streach. I not healthy just running.
just run as fast as you can.
but not to fast just fast enough that you can keep the same pace the howl run.
then when i am home I got some weights. of 15kg. 10 time each arm.
the some sit ups. and the again 10 times each arm.
then some "goku" pushups
i make a hand stand and do 25 stit ups.
streach my arm fully and down till my nows can tough the grond.
then I streche again. very importstand. or else your mussiels can go all stiff and stuff.
then take a shower.
and
go skateboarding for 5 hours or so.

My work-out usually happens about once or twice a month when I convince myself that I should probably being working out more. I will jog/walk a couple of miles, and then do like 25 push ups and 50 crunchs, I do this for a couple of days and then I quit until next month.

my most recent workout involved me walking 2 miles with a computer in my backpack. Then realizing I'd gone the wrong way and having to walk back 2 miles, then another mile to the place I was going. But that's about it for the past year.
But I might start working out if I get the time. Don't know.

I'm 18, and I don't work out only because I'm too small for it to do anything for me.
What do I mean? My brother is 20, and he's been working out for like 4-5 years now, and he's just about the same size as me, you can barely tell he works out unless he flexes ... push comes to shove, I can still take him in a brotherly battle.
I DO stretch, however, and work on my agility and all for when I play hockey. Felxibility is what I'm more focused on, not power. For a goaltender, it's a nice way to live.

1 - 2 hours of yoga and pilates 5-6 days a week. Swim once a week. Bellydancing once a week (which isn't really working out but it's fun and is great for the abs). Paintballing and rockclimbing about once a month.

I work out using a 4 oz glass filled with ice, and K1 vodka, at least 3 times a week. If I want a real strenuous workout, I use a 16 oz glass of "Anchor Steam" (a SF classic) ...
Then again, always one to vary my workout regimine, last night I lifted a 750 ml bottle of fremented Italian Grape Juice.
I think tonite, I will work out with a German Stout while watching the Giants' game... multitasking...

I've been lifting dumbells for a while. Does anyone know of a chart that shows like, if you lift dumbells in one way, it improves like a specific area of the arm and such? I've seen that chart in a gym somewhere before. Anyone know?

Well, I've done 21 years of dancing and / or football pretty much every day, figure out what that does for you. :)

I am more focused on endurance and flexibility - so my workouts are usually the following:
1. Running about 2-3 miles daily.
2. 30push-ups
3. 30 leg squats
4. 50 situps/50 crunches
5. I also lift 15kg dumbells about 30 times
6. Stretching
7. Martial Arts katas (organized pattern of moves)
I've been doing the above for a few years now. Exercising one part of your body consecutively tires me out, so I only do about 3 of the above, and alternate so that in a given week, I would have done all of them at least twice in a given week.
I do run everyday though - it's a welcome break from all the computer gaming....err work that I do :)

Age: 18
Height: 6'1" (6 foot, 1 inch)
Weight: 175 lbs (pounds)
Body Fat: 8.8%
Max Bench: 230 lbs (pounds)
Suppliments: Whey Protein, Flax Oil, Sea-Silver, Volumizer (L-Glutamine, Creatine, Taurine, etc.), and a lot of food (cold cuts, tuna fish, steak, and red meat)
I try and do 5 sets of 50 push-ups a night or every other night. I change the type of push-up between each set, with a little break, 30 seconds at most. 5 sets of 50 sit-ups per night or every other night doing different forms of abs each time, and again with little break.
I am going for a bigger look so I am not exactly ripped, abs need more work, and I want a bigger chest.

Asphalt, I'll take you up that. e-***** measuring contest in IRC in 5 minutes.
I'll use Dan's format:
Age: 21
Height: 6'2" (6 foot, 2 inch)
Weight: 195lbs (pounds)
Body Fat: 12%
Max Bench: 230 lbs (pounds)
Max Shoulder Press: 160 (pounds)
Suppliments: Whey Protein, Glutamine, CLA, Multi-Vit.
I lift 3 days a week. Do cardio 3 days a week. I maintain my caloric intake to probably around 1800. I'm in a toning phase so I'm not going for size. I'm leaning up.
I'm going for 9% body fat, at 190lb.
And you said you lift 70lb... on what? Here is my e-***** entry: I use the 80lb dumbells for shoulder pressing.
be careful working out at 14. Most often your bones really haven't finished growing and you can mess yourself up.

It's basically a middle eastern artform that has existed for thousands of years. The yoga studio I frequent offered classes and I started going regularly since the instructor was great and the atmosphere was relaxing.
But we don't actually dress like that at the studio (sorry guys). We pretty much wear regular workout attire (sports bra and leggings)... maybe we'll bring a few sashes and bells to tie around the waist though for added effect. :trout: I guess if you are part of a troupe you dress like that :P

i play baseball, so i just lift weights and do pushups, sometimes crunches. i did a lot last summer, then stopped for like 8 months, and am getting back in the swing of things. most of the weight lifting stuff has to do with getting my pitching arm stronger, and strengthin the muscle. plus i throw at least twice a day.

-19 years old
-6 foot 1 inch
-hovering around 200 lbs
-bodyfat a little higher than my goal, but not to worried at the moment
-max bench prolly 225 or so (i don't ever do maxes...too much of a chance for injury)
-deadlift 250 lbs for 10 reps with good form
i usually lift 4 days a week and do "structured" cardio 2 days a week...i also play basketball when i feel like it.
my goals: i want to get up to 240 by my senior year of college (3 more years) and then cut down to 225 w/under 10% body fat. i want to run a sub-6 minute mile. i want to be able to dunk a basketball (i can dunk a volleyball now!)
my advice: don't worry about your maxes and how you compare to other people...just worry about how you are progressing. listen to your body.
