Hi all,
We're almost ready to go live with our new site, but I would appreciate any feedback you may have:
http://www.cabstudios.co.uk/new/
I'm aware of a couple of minor issues, forms not working properly in fullscreen mode being one of them! Any runtime errors you notice, let me know.
Many thanks

Pitch perfect. The only thing not working for me is the preloader. Probably because I've been desensitized by the abundance of spinning wheels and loading bars and initially viewed it as a decorative element rather than a functional loader. Other than that, not sure there's anything to really comment on. Best luck with business though, great site.

Design wise it is pretty good. Couple of things I do not understand and seem to break the flow is the "x" button and the next feature button. What I mean is, Ok I nav'd through a couple of sections (oh yea something about the sections bother me) then I notice the "x" button, so I am like cool maybe these were like modal windows or something. No it took me back to the home page. I was like huh? I didnt really dig that as I was expecting something else. Also I am on a section then I see the "Next Feature" button so I click it a few times then I see the bgrd sliding below the content. Which makes me think, why? Also the sections need some variation. They all look exactly the same. I think I see where you are going with it. But I think some of the features are a bit over the top and cumbersome. Well done but cumbersome. But like I said design wise it is good.

Pretty damn fresh and an enjoyable experience.
One thing though: on your "work" page with the text hidden
and the images filling the entire window,
I found the navigation (next and previous button)
to be pretty lost over the large images.
Maybe a shadow or stroke or different color field for the nav buttons?

The strong grid and minimalist feel of it is effective. Really emphasizes the work. That being said, I think the background, in all its glory, can cause the more content heavy sections to feel a bit busy.
I noticed that the main nav buttons still listen after they open their respective sections as well. Hope this helps.

I think it looks good, and I found that everything worked faster when in full-screen mode. I like that option, I don't come across it very often and now I'm feeling inspired to do some projects with that option
If I were working on this site the things I would try changing would be raising the opacity of the scroller section's background, adding some sounds to buttons and perhaps background music, and I would try some drop shadow / bevel effects to make the site feel a bit less flat. just my opinion, i know some people don't like sounds or drop shadow / bevel
