Hi All,

I'm working on creating a marketing flyer for myself @ work. I've looked around Google a bit to get some ideas and here is what I have so far. I'm looking for some insight to fill in the empty space above the text.

For a little background on the flyer, I work for a staffing firm that is a player in information technology, engineering, aerospace/DoD, and semiconductors. As for the cactus in the bottom corner, I am located in Arizona.

Please be gentle but let me know if something doesn't work!

Here is the URL: Marketing Flyer (http://filebox.vt.edu/users/rdalicho/personal_flyer.pdf)

The header (upper part) of the flyer seems a little busy to me... maybe you can make it more visually attractive with less elements.

Cheers!

The first thing I noticed was the plane's wing going through your neck or is that someone else neck, try to move it out it's a bit distracting, aside from it I can say that I was really impressed with your flyer.

I'd recommend, for future projects, a grid that doesn't include
splitting your page in half. Also, removing the helicopter would
free up visual breathing space and moving the wind turbine blade
from in front of the train to behind it will give the train more hierarchy.

Also move the man in front of the plane (airbus?) like said above.

Overall I like your typography but the piece as a whole is too busy for me.
But most clients do like a lot of filler. :(
