Been doing freelance work for a while now just doing side jobs at set prices...now I want to log my hours and print/save the totals. Is there a basic program that is kind of like a punch clock that most businesses use? Rather than manually write down my hours, I'd like to open the program, select a project, and "Clock In". Preferably being able to describe the work involved as well eg:
Job Description: Photoshop Design Phase
Start Time: 9:13am
End Time: 12:47pm

Job Description: Dreamweaver Development Stage
Start Time: 12:53pm
End Time: 3:44pm

Totals:
Photoshop Design Phase: 3 hours 35 minutes
Dreamweaver Development: 2 hours 51 minutes

You get the idea....basically a detailed time stamper which can add totals in each category. I want to look professional and organized, and I think this will help my clients feel like they are getting legit hours.

Thanks!

Sometimes it takes a post to be able to answer your own questions hehe
Hope someone finds this useful!
