Change icon on Flash Projector.

I have figured out how to change the icon for the .exe using Hoolicon but can't seem to find a way to change the .app Flash Projector file for a mac. Anyone know how to do so? Without a program that i have to pay for...

create an icon.ico, open the app folder and replace the flash icon for yours
