event handler?

I remember seeing a thread in here once before that asked how the transitions at www.evolutionbureau.com (http://www.evolutionbureau.com) was created. I've been searching for sometime now and cannot find it. So, I will ask again.

I would like to know how those transitions were created. I think they probably used an event handler, but I'm not sure how.

And...if somebody wanted to create a tutorial about this effect, I would be very, very happy.
