ARGH Rollover problem I can't figure it out.

After getting several help from several people in this forum I managed to solve my problems (Thanks Thanks) I sat down for several hours figuring out why it just can't work. My starfish button's rollover is the same as the crab's but the starfish just won't work. What could be wrong?

I think it's not a complex problem, but I dunno what went wrong.

Can someone tell me?
