I've got everything right here, and I've used the footerStickAlt page as an example. But, I'm pretty sure something is wrong with his code as you may be able to see, even before I modified it.

If you go to:

You can see on this design (and mine) whenever you increase or decrease the width of the browser, the page the footer / header jumps around by 1px. It is more noticeable on mine, as his is concealed by white space (you can tell it's doing it though).

How do I make it stop? I don't see what would be causing this. The funny thing is in FF it happens on the left, and in Safari it happens on the right.
