How to get an animated avatar?

you can make it in flash (50x50)
then pub it as an animated gif

and if it not to big you can just up load that ;)

I've made my ani_gif with Photoshop and Fireworks, but I still get an error message 'invalid gif....'. I don't know what the problem is, since it's a perfectly good .gif. Filesize is lower then the maximum and it's 50x50 pixels. Here's the url: http://home.hetnet.nl/~waztone/W@_logo.gif

That could very well be the case.

Try changing the filename.

I also tried removing the underscore but that didn't work either.
