The question is: How do i rotate around a target object maya, i mean the camera needs to target a point, then i will animate its rotation (Matrix like effect)? I need detailed help!

Another question is, I have a animation video, avi format, now i need to change its timing, i mean slow down certain portion or speed it up! Can i use After Effects or Premiere for this? and if yes, how?

a) group the render cam ('g'), and move the pivot point of the group to wherever your object is, then animate in rotate (Y probably)

b) both can do it, and please refer to the helpful Adobe manuals for such simple tasks.

And where are those helpful Adobe manuals? may I ask

besides, your answer wasn't very helpful either so maybe you should repass this simple tasks
