Does anyone have some sample script for a swinging light shade type effect?

It would be great if it could be like http://www.flashden.net/item/label-sticker-rotator/21956
but in AS3.

I have search for so long and thought I would come here as Kirupa has always help in the past.

what do u mean with swinging light shade?, probably the shade its attached to the MC and it looks like a simple tween and on rollover it goes to the first frame, thats how i think its done on the link u provided
