bordeless window

Hi there

I really want to learn how to make bordeless window like adding a hyperlink to image once its pressed it would launch a bordeless window, I would like use somthing like this to my splash page. Iknow how to make a bordeless window in Flash MX but need some help in Dream Weaver MX
