It's a nice start, but it's still rough around some of the edges. =)

the steps you could not do are the ones you need. Take a look back and go thru it slowly I know the tut this came from, sometimes the wording is tricky post the part you are having problems with.....But this is a good start and it always good to try new things to stray away from the tut.

The site I got it from is http://www.good-tutorials.com
This is the tut I was working on
Smooth Metal (http://robouk.mchost.com/tuts/tutorial.php?tutorial=smoothmetal)
And this is the circle part
Circle (http://robouk.mchost.com/tuts/tutorial.php?tutorial=lcdorbs)
Do I start out with that purplish color? So I got stuck in step two till the end.
At the end of the Smooth Metal tut, it has buttons. It looks like the same thing you would do for the circle... or does it not?
Could someone please help me with this?
Thanks =)

You can start with any color you choose and come out with the same results. There is really not much I can to clarify because tat is a real good explanation of what you have to do. And yes it is the same for the buttons.
Sorry but the only thing I can say is read it carefully and do the step as you go. good luck

Aight. Thanks, 3d-iva. I'll post the improved version... whenever that'll be.
