I think you can set up a group to be allowed to view the folder. Then just add people to the group.

Security? .. Sharing -> Allowed users [1] and then click on Permissions.. now add the user's name and access options. There ya go

If it is a server, are you using it in a Domain? Then just make a group in active directory, and add that group to the allowed users list for that folder. If you are not using a domain, then just create a new group locally and add users to it as needed. This can work with local and remote accounts.
Cheers!

First off explicitly add your username to the list of users who have access and give yourself full control. Click apply then remove the everyone group then click apply. Then give the other person who needs access the amount of control they need.

Guys how about single pc, i mean i have windows 2000 pro and have other users(my brothers) who work on here sometimes, i am administrator and administrator user/jaz so is my one brother and others are just normal users or guests..
How about if i want to protect a directory from them, i want to give rights to only administrator and administrator user/jaz not administrator user/my bro..
any solution for that??
