Glass effect with Irregular shapes in PS

I have recently learned how to make some 3d effects in photoshop, and i was currently trying to acheive the glass effect with irregular shapes. Here is one that i did make, but it looks more like gel . Do you know how i can acheive this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

And also, i would like to point out, for the reflection, that i had to paint brush that in, was there any other way i could have acheived the same look, only easier? Thanks :)

It's a photoshop style, you don't open it, you drop it into the photoshop style folder and open the style in photoshop.

Thanks, I did not know how to use that feature. Cello, That is exactly what i was looking for, thanks for the help, i did not think about the Bevel option. I was only looking at Inner shadow and inner glow. Thanks again for the help :beam:
