It took a terribly long time to load for me, use a preloader. I'm on the most common resolution, and i still have 2 scroll bars. The top nav is good, though the rest is mediocre at best. I don't like the styling at all. :)

Needs a lot of polish. The idea is there, it is just that everything doesn't fit together smoothly.

Its weird that it took so long to load for you, the site itself is not very heavy, but will have a look at it nethertheless!

I think the buttons are too far apart. I had to travel to far to get to each button. I had to scroll down to see the rollovers of the bottom buttons. Also all of your portfolio previews and large,are blurry! Being a showcase for your work, you don't want it to be blurry.
