Remove Cell Title on Thread Listings

Can the tooltip text for all the threads in listings (like New Posts and search results) be removed? Whenever I leave my cursor in the center of the screen, the annoying tooltip comes up and obscures the page, hiding both that thread and the one below it.

No don't remove those they are useful, plus moving your cursor makes it disappear.

+1 for do not remove; I use them all the time. I understand how it can be annoying but their benefits outweigh that.
