sending flash embedded in an email newsletter

hi there? does anyone know if it's technically possible to send .swf files in an email newsletter through a service such as constant contact? i don't think this is possible and i can't find any info on the constant contact site, but my client said that she read that can be done. i'm double-checking for her...can this be done? and, if so, does this sound like a sure-fire way to get sent into bulk mail?

It probably can be done in some email clients, but support will be VERY spotty--it's hard enough getting images & CSS to display in email, let alone Flash! And yep, I wouldn't be surprised if it gets you flagged for spam... totally not worth the trouble. (Maybe you can convince your client to just link to a webpage that uses Flash.)
