CSS Style Footers in Flash

Hey guys,
Take a look here: http://www.thecoronabeach.com/

Resize the browser and notice how the footer elements are independent yet hug the bottom of the browser. I am familiar with doing this in CSS and standard html pages, but not in full screen Flash.

Any ideas where to start?
