Help! How can I get this to work?

I need to create a portfolio section, and have the images be able to scroll when clicked on arrow up/down buttons and also scroll when mouse is held down on buttons. Also I need the images to be used as rollovers and appear larger in the section to the right and also images be clickable to appear in right hand section. Can anyone help me figure this out? I only have 3 days left on this project and I have 6 portfolio sections to do. :-( I have searched everywhere to find a vertical scrolling portfolio that also does what I need by being controlled with arrow buttons (also having it work through the template). Here's what it should look like:

I'm afraid most of us here won't be willing to write the code for you, unless you contact one of us on a paid freelance basis. However, the main Kirupa Site is packed chock full of great tutorials and inspiration! Flash is a very powerful and dynamic language, I'm sure that if you take the time to learn it, and with a little bit of help along the way, you will be able to envision your portfolio section.

I got the roll over part correct, the issue I have is a scrolling image bar on the left side that hides the rest of the images behind the template but when arrows pressed it scrolls.. is that even possible? It's soo stressing!
