Hi,
I'm trying to create a email form and was wondering what kind of script I need to have an attatch form option..
The form can be found here:
capitalplasticsco.com/new/quote.php
Thanks in advance,
Brian

Sorry if I haven't made it clear enough..
At the given link I have a form that customers can use to submit a quote.....They fill out the info, and press send. This sends an e-mail to the e-mail I specified....
On top of the name, e-mail, message boxes, I'd like to add a place to attatch a document to the e-mail(so customers can attatch a drawing with it)...
is this possible?

Thanks for the reply, but that doesn't really seem to help....I already have a form made, I just need the coding to add an attatchment area......That allows you to send it to a specific person, not attatch a document to it.
