content won't wrap anymore

i was trying to embed an flv video into my blog and never really got it to work. the content on my website shifted down some time when i was doing this and even after deleting the post where the changes were being made the content is still shifted down. i've checked all the CSS and it should be good.

does anyone know why the content would be shifted down?
