RSS Feed and XML error

A user on my site notified me and told me that my RSS and Atom weren't working. I have never really used feeds before, so I'm not sure how they work, but the person sent me an email saying he got this error

XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity
Location: http://bioloser.com/?feed=rss2 Line Number 2, Column 1:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> ^

sorry for the second post but i couldn't figure out how to get the cursor back to the bottom

anyway, when you click on the RSS it brings you to this really long URL on a white background

can anyone help me with this?

usually this error occurs when an XML file has blank spaces in the begining.
