How to Create a Thank You page

Hi guys and girls, i am a newbie in the page, i have a blog http://www.doncesarblogs.com ( sorry if i am braking any rules putting my webpage, i am not spamming is just for reference ) and i am creating 2 forms, one if any one of my visitors that have a page want to exchange links or banner with me , fill out a form and the other is a contact form, how or where could i create a thank you page for free??

I guess the easiest way would just be to process the form data in a php file and do a header direct to a thank you page?

My blog is in blogger or blogspot platform, i do not have it hosted in a server, so the forms that i made are from emailme form that's the webpage that help me to make the script, like i said, i dont know too much about webpages, the things that i have in my blog was READING A LOT and lossing too much information jejejejej
