Silverlight: Vista-only compatable?

When I tried to view the Microsoft Expression Blend project I made in Internet Explorer, it came up with an icon telling me to install Silverlight. I already have Silverlight 2 point whatever, but it won't give me a preview of my project. Is there a reason?

And yes, just for kicks, I reinstalled Silverlight and it still won't work. Any suggestions, hints, or solutions?

depending on what version was targeted for your project, you may need to downgrade. Usually the message telling you to install will reference to the correct version. If you haven't already, try uninstalling silverlight first, then viewing your project, then using that badge to install silverlight (rather than going directly to the site or by using an existing installer, etc)
