Help me: How to create a seek bar in Flash 8

Did anyone know..how to create a seek bar in Flash 8?
This seek bar run simultaneously with the text and control by the sound.
Hope anyone may gain any idea to me.tq

Hey,

There's a free to use extension that is a MC navigation controller. It includes seekbar, play/pause controls, volume control and also a bookmark capability. Just drag it to the stage on a new layer and assign the MC's name to the component inspector. Make sure that the MC is in a different layer in the same frame. For audio functionality, inside the MC, you should have the sound file in a different layer and set to 'Stream', not 'event'. It works like a piece of cake!
